What makes our products special? Our ingredients. We source all our ingredients locally, from farms and producers who are just as passionate about their products as we are about ours, whether it be the proteins like beef, pork and chicken, or the garnishes like cheese, fresh herbs and jalapenos. Our products also contain no binders, just letting the natural properties of myosin within the proteins and salt do their job without adding additional water or gluten that dilutes flavour.
